See the Lincoln MKC at Beach Lincoln in Myrtle Beach

When it comes to a luxury crossover SUV, what do you look for? It should have the right set of features and style both on the inside and out. With the Lincoln MKC, you have an SUV that combines luxury with performance in a single package.

Performance

The Lincoln MKC can be powered by a turbocharged 2.3L engine. It puts out up to 285 horsepower and up to 305 lb-ft of torque under the hood. It combines three features: direct injection, twin independent variable camshaft timing, and turbocharging in a single-engine to combine efficiency with power.

Once equipped with a tow package, the Lincoln MKC can tow up to 3,000 pounds to bring along what you need for your next road trip. For the FWD model, the Lincoln MKC features a 245 horsepower 2.0L turbocharged engine. It features some of the same performance technologies as the 2.3L in a smaller package.

Design

When it comes to the design of the Lincoln MKC, you’ll find a sculpted design that mixes a sports crossover with a luxury sedan. You’ll find a unique grille that features the Lincoln emblem with HID headlamps and LED accents that complete the picture.

To complement this design, you can choose from a wide range of wheel options to help your SUV stand out on the streets of Conway, Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. This includes the 20-inch machined aluminum wheels that are accented with ebony-painted recesses. Standard on each Lincoln MKC model is its 18-inch painted aluminum wheels.

When you sit behind the wheel of the MKC you’ll find luxurious features such as the available Wollsdorf leather-wrapped steering wheel. Its hand-switched design complements other elements of the Lincoln MKC interior.

Technology

The Lincoln MKC is equipped with many driver-assisted technologies to help make your drive around North Myrtle Beach easier. While many vehicles have cruise control, the Lincoln MKC’s available Adaptive Cruise Control adapts to the traffic ahead with a series of sensors. Simply set the speed and distance and the Lincoln MKC will work to automatically adjust the speed according to traffic.

It works hand in hand with the Forward Collision Warning. If it senses a potential collision, you’ll see a visual warning on the windshield. In addition, it will prep the brakes to aid in reaction time.
